Job Description

Job Summary

ASK Services, part of the family of companies at Stewart Title, is seeking motivated Seasonal Project Assistants to join our team in Plymouth, Michigan. This seasonal role is critical to a high-volume public records project and is scheduled to begin in May 2026 and conclude on in August 2026. This is an ideal role for individuals looking for consistent full-time hours during the summer months while gaining exposure to the real estate, title, and legal services industries.


Job Responsibilities

  • Receives exposure to multiple groups within the ASK Services team
  • Hands-on Research: Learn to navigate and analyze digital and physical public records systems.
  • Data Accuracy: Ensure high-quality data entry for critical legal and property documents.
  • Professional Exposure: Work within a collaborative team environment and gain experience reporting to project leads.
  • Support & Continuity: Participate in search-related projects that ensure business and community continuity.
  • Participates in company-wide and search-related projects that support customer outcomes, business improvements, and business continuity
  • Learns internal processes, systems, and industry‑related information related to Real Estate title searching
  • Works with support from management and business leaders to complete assigned tasks
  • Follows clearly defined procedures to perform daily responsibilities
  • Uses basic communication skills to interact with internal team members
  • Performs all other duties as assigned by management


Education

  • Current students and graduates: Open to currently enrolled college students, graduating seniors, or recent high school graduates (must be 18+).


Experience

  • No Experience Required: We provide comprehensive training on all systems and processes.
