About the role
What You'll Do
- You will be accountable and responsible for Raw Material Planning for the S&OP 18-24 months & S&OE (4-6 weeks) horizon for SBUs
- You will manage service levels to protect production requirements, business continuity while optimizing cash for the SBU & PBUs.
- You will facilitate monthly Raw Materials sign-off within the S&OP/S&OE cycle & Process health improvement, governance and cadence on the Demand & Operations Planning Process (S&OE) with the Plant Supply Planning, Manufacturing and QTech Team.
- You will be accountable & Responsible for Country's RM Planning, Business Continuity, Plant audits as applicable to RM Processes & Procedures by OEMs /Third Party, Network Projects and conducting RM Space requirements to support the growth of the Plants/PBUs & SBU.
- You will lead the required Raw Materials Planning related activities and discussions with the Plant Operations, Plant QTech & Supply Planning Team "
- You will be providing feedback to the Regional RM COE team on any change in business processes; technology support needed for a better RM Planning and Execution performance.
- You will collaborate and support AP Procurement Category Teams, Plant Quality Team, to qualify sources, RM codes, trial production and support on-time qualifications of parts and sources.
- You will provide knowledge of the RM planning and vendor management and have the subject matter expertise and the interpersonal skills to lead changes resulting in agile supply chain.
- You will build systems for sustaining capabilities for process, systems and people with the support from COE.
- You will drive Supplier Delivery Performance in collaboration with Qtech, Procurement and manufacturing with inputs from the RM COE team.
- You are responsible to assure a conformity with regulations ( internal, laws, customs and international customs) together with SC Logistics Team for the Plant/Country.
- You need to provides leadership for significant transformational execution that must be made in the Materials Management process together with RM COE Planning.
What We're Looking for
- You with 8+ years of related work experience with MNC manufacturing company in Supply Chain function/operations mgmt. role with demonstrated capability of leading teams.
- You with Ability to define, develop, and manage highly complex processes and to drive efficiency improvements.
- You with Effective interpersonal and communication skills in dealing with people in variety functions within the region and global organizations as well as with higher mgmt team.
- You with strong quantitative and analytical skills and ability to articulate complex issues.
- You with good materials management knowledge, Process and Analytical skills, MRP and SAP / SAP-PP
- You with demonstrated capability of leading teams. Able to coach and manage a team as well as interface with associates at levels above and below within the company.
- You are fluent in English.
