The Position

Deja tu Huella - Finance Enterprise Partner (Intern):

What do we offer?
 

To be part of a new cohort of the Roche-CEU San Pablo postgraduate degree as an expert in the Pharmaceutical Industry. An 11-month internship at Roche where you will participate in challenging projects and benefit from pioneering postgraduate training in the market about the pharmaceutical industry.

You will have the opportunity to receive on-the-job training by working on key projects with your designated department from Monday to Thursday and attending in-person postgraduate classes at the university on Friday.

Our main location is Madrid. We are open to applications from all over Spain, but relocation will be needed as part of the program expectations. Office attendance is expected (with some flexibility) to encourage collaboration, networking, and exposure to multidisciplinary teams and international stakeholders.

Last but not least, you will receive mentorship from a Roche tutor who will provide continuous feedback to support your professional development. The mentors for the program are Roche’s senior and experienced young talent development professionals.

Main responsibilities as an intern:

Be an active member of our squads and business teams, your work will directly impact our strategy:

• Strategic Investment & Forecasting: Drive decision-making by developing business scenarios, optimizing investments, and delivering precise sales forecasting to maximize financial returns.

• Data-Driven Insights & AI: Utilize Artificial Intelligence and advanced analytics—leveraging both internal and external data—to identify value drivers and set ambitious business goals.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with multidisciplinary squads and various therapeutic areas to update Business Plans and lead resource prioritization initiatives.

• Global Networking & Best Practices: Engage with international teams to foster synergies, attract specialized knowledge, and export local best practices across the global organization.

• Tactical Impact Monitoring: Track the effectiveness of commercial tactics and financial strategies to ensure the business achieves its long-term vision and success in the healthcare sector.

What are we looking for?

• Educational Background: We are seeking candidates with a university degree in Business Administration (ADE) + Data Analytics/Data Science, Finance, Economics, International Business, or Engineering (e.g., IE, Business, Engineering, Analytics).

• Analytical Expertise: Strong analytical skills with proven knowledge of business forecasting, as well as financial and analytical management.

• International Profile: A global mindset with the flexibility and capacity for international mobility.

• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in SAP, BW, SAC, Tableau, Microsoft Office Suite, and Copilot is highly valued.

• Advanced Tools & Presentation: Expert-level skills in Excel (including macros), the application of AI for analytical purposes, and the ability to deliver high-impact strategic and analytical business presentations.

• Soft Skills & Collaboration: Exceptional teamwork and collaborative skills within high-performance environments, with strong communication and influence capabilities.

• Languages: High level of English required. Spanish proficiency is highly valued.

• Commitment: Full time dedication from September 2026 to August 2027.
