Job Description:
Main Responsibilities :
- 1. Develop and deepen scientific content and knowledge by following company philosophy and research oriented ;
- 2. Execute & participate company advocacy program, organize and reinforce all internal associates enable, education, and training projects ;
- 3. Develop and collaborate with nutrition experts for KOLs pool, execute & planning external stakeholders influence project both for social and professional influencers ;
- 4. Contribute to the development of pet lovers community, organize and planning off-line consumer nutrition salon/activities/events ;
- 5. As a scientific liaison with global R&I team and advocacy team, operate Champion Academy education sessions by different knowledge levels ;
- 6. Science support for cross-functional team, well of working with RA and legal for guarding company reputation.
Background and Education Requirements :
- 1. Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field ( veterinary medicine, animal nutrition, animal science, food science, etc.), advanced degrees will be a plus ;
- 2. Over 3 or 5 years demonstrated experience in Pet (professional) Industry is a must ;
- 3. Strong scientific communication skills and stakeholders engagement capabilities ;
- 4. Good spoken English and written English will be a plus ;
- 5. Strong self-learning and motivation agility.
