En VML Perú nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un(a) Project Manager / Gestor de Influencers Freelance para que se integre a nuestro equipo:
Descripción: Lograr maximizar el uso de la capacidad operativa del equipo a cargo para aportar valor en los procesos de ejecución de los requerimientos y proyectos asignados.
Funciones:
- Realizar análisis técnico funcional de propuestas de proyecto entregado por el área de Cuentas.
- Plantear a nivel wireframe, arquitecturas de sistemas webs y apps, de acuerdo al alcance entregado por el área de Cuentas.
- Proponer alternativas de solución ante requerimientos técnicos y gráficos que esté alineado con lo ofertado a cliente económicamente.
- Capacitar al equipo asignado en el uso del sistema de gestión.
- Validar que cada entregable, cumpla los lineamientos de alcance y calidad solicitados.
- Validar que el equipo a cargo, active/pause las tareas asignadas en el sistema de gestión de acuerdo a las horas invertidas.
- Identificar perfiles de influencers y creadores relevantes según los objetivos y audiencias de cada proyecto.
- Validar que cada Proyecto y Requerimiento, se ejecute de acuerdo a los tiempos estimados y vendidos por la empresa.
- Validar los planes de acción con KPIs coherentes a cada target en todos los canales digitales.
Requisitos:
- Bachiller en Publicidad, Marketing, Ingeniería Industrial o carreras afines.
- Conocimientos en Gestión de Proyectos.
