Objetivo del puesto
Gestionar el proceso de colaboración (CPFR) tanto para nuestros clientes internos (Equipo comercial), y nuestros clientes externos (Concesionarios TOP), trabajando de manera cercana con los líderes de territorio, gerentes y directores comerciales, de las divisiones asignadas; así como los equipos de planeación, compras y operaciones de nuestros Concesionarios, para mejorar la precisión de los pronósticos y asegurar la disponibilidad de producto, apoyando al crecimiento rentable de nuestras líneas de productos.
Responsabilidades principales:
Planeación y Pronóstico
- Colaborar los pronósticos de demanda mensuales de nuestros Concesionarios, considerando estacionalidad, promociones, tendencias de mercado, SI / SO y campañas comerciales.
- Integrar información proveniente de ventas, marketing, operaciones y clientes para construir los estimados de cierre mensuales.
- Sesiones de colaboración semanal con los equipos comerciales para las estimaciones de ventas y cubrimientos mensuales al plan.
- Estrecha comunicación con el equipo comercial, de marketing y planeación de la demanda para identificar los ajustes necesarios al pronóstico, que nos permitan incrementar las ventas.
- Monitorear variaciones entre pronóstico y demanda real, proponiendo acciones correctivas.
Gestión Colaborativa con Concesionarios
- Liderar reuniones periódicas de CPFR con los equipos de operaciones, compras y logística de los clientes.
- Revisar conjuntamente inventarios, niveles de servicio, planes promocionales y proyecciones de demanda.
- Identificar riesgos de negados o sobreinventarios y coordinar planes de acción en conjunto con el líder de territorio de la plaza.
Análisis y Reportes
- Desarrollar las bases de datos de nuestros clientes, considerando históricos de venta (SI / SO), y generar estimaciones de compra.
- Elaborar reportes ejecutivos sobre desempeño de clientes, cubrimiento a los presupuestos de compra y asertividad en las colaboraciones.
- Generar recomendaciones basadas en análisis de datos para mejorar el desempeño comercial y operativo.
Requisitos:
- Licenciatura en Ingeniería Industrial, Logística, Administración, Negocios, Cadena de Suministro o carrera afín.
- Experiencia mínima de 5 años en CPFR, Planeación de Demanda, Customer Supply Chain o Supply Chain Comercial.
- Experiencia en temas estadisticos S&OP, gestion de inventarios, planeacion de la demanda.
- Uso de algún sistema ERP (SAP/ Oracle/ etc.)
- Manejo avanzado de Excel y Power BI.
- Disponibilidad para viajes a nivel nacional (1 vez por mes al menos)
