About the Role

Accounting Team Lead – CEA cluster provides regional leadership and governance over statutory financial activities across multiple countries, ensuring compliance, integrity, and transparency in financial reporting in accordance with regulatory and Group requirements.

What You Will Do

  • Own end‑to‑end financial accounting and reporting, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and integrity in line with IFRS/local GAAP, group policies, and statutory requirements.
  • Safeguard financial governance and controls, including close processes, balance sheet quality, and audit readiness, while proactively addressing risks and control gaps.
  • Act as a trusted finance partner to management, translating financial results, issues, and changes into clear, actionable insights and guidance.
  • Lead team performance and operational continuity, ensuring capability development, clear accountability, and uninterrupted finance operations across countries and entities.
  • Drive standardization and continuous improvement, embedding efficient processes, systems, and ways of working across Record‑to‑Report and GBS operations.

Who You Are

  • Extensive professional experience, with 15–20 years in accounting and financial management, preferably in a multinational or regional environment.
  • Strong proficiency in SAP (P19) with hands‑on experience in statutory accounting, reporting, and close processes.
  • Highly driven and committed, demonstrating strong discipline, accuracy, and attention to detail in execution.
  • Collaborative and values‑driven professional, consistently demonstrating care, integrity, and the courage to act in line with ethical and compliance standards.
  • Willing and able to travel within Asian countries as required to support regional responsibilities and stakeholder engagement
