About the role
Position Summary:
This role partners closely with stakeholders to recommend and implement integrated technology solutions that align with business needs. Acting as a bridge between stakeholders and technical teams. Working at the intersection of AI, Data Engineering, and Operations, the team identifies opportunities, translates business requirements into actionable solutions, and drives measurable impact across Manufacturing and its supporting functions.
Position Responsibilities:
- Assess stakeholder needs and business objectives to identify the most suitable digital tools and technology solutions.
- Present clear, data-driven justifications for selected solutions, highlighting benefits such as scalability, integration capability, user experience, and ROI.
- Facilitate stakeholder discussions and workshops to gather input and ensure consensus on solution adoption.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, workflows, and solution blueprints to ensure clarity and continuity across teams.
- Experience applying AI or intelligent techniques to improve data quality, monitoring, or development workflows.
Position Requirements:
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills to lead workshops, training, and stakeholder engagement effectively.
- Strong documentation skills to develop clear process flows, project plans, and solution blueprints ensuring transparency and continuity.
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing systems, including MES, LIMS, and SAP, to align digital solutions with operational workflows.
Preferred Experience/Education/Skills:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or related discipline.
- Over 5 years of experience participating in end-to-end Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) projects
- Successfully led more than 1 projects from initiation to completion.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira for tracking, planning, and coordinating project activities.
- Strong ability to analyze business and operational processes to design scalable, data-driven solutions that align with organizational goals.
- Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical and process-related issues.
- Experience on software development and scripting skills with languages and frameworks such as C#, Angular, and NestJS is a must.
- Experience with both relational (e.g., SQL Server) and non-relational databases, alongside data warehousing technologies like Snowflake, to manage and model enterprise data effectively is a must
