Experience:

4–15 years of software development experience across backend, frontend, or full-stack systems, with a track record of leading complex, large-scale projects as seniority grows
Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or equivalent
Strong problem-solving skills with solid fundamentals in data structures and algorithms
Experience designing and implementing scalable systems — whether server-side APIs and infrastructure, or user-facing web and mobile interfaces
Experience with large-scale distributed systems, high-throughput data pipelines, or performance-critical frontend applications
Hands-on experience with public cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure
Proficiency working with AI coding tools as a force multiplier — you plan before prompting, provide architectural context, review generated code critically, and know when to write code yourself versus when AI adds genuine value
Fluency in both Korean and English (spoken and written)
