About the role
PERFIL
- Ingeniería concluida en Mecánica, Electromecánica, Mecatrónica o afín.
- Más de 5 años de experiencia en el área de Manufactura y/o Procesos.
- Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en la posición.
- Inglés avanzado, comprobable hablado y escrito.
- Experiencia en la industria automotriz y metalmecánica.
- Experiencia en desarrollo de procesos y equipos.
- Administración de proyectos, sistemas de calidad y proceso APQP.
- Conocimientos de Core tools (SPC, PPAP, AMEF, CP, MSA, APQP)
- Conocimiento de Minitab/ GD&T.
- Conocimiento de SPC (Control estadístico de procesos).
RESPONSABILIDADES / FUNCIONES
- Dirigir y monitorear las actividades de su equipo de trabajo en la evaluación, desarrollo e implementación de procesos de Manufactura para nuevos proyectos y mejoras en procesos existentes.
- Brindar apoyo y aportar soluciones en el análisis de problemas surgidos en el área.
- Fomentar el desarrollo profesional del equipo de Ingeniería a través de actualizaciones.
- Evaluar el producto, la tecnología y los procesos. Asegurar la capacidad instalada en planta Promover la mejora continua de los procesos de la compañía Responsable de los objetivos operacionales OA.
- Responsable de la instalación, validación y arranque de producción. Responsable de los cambios de Ingeniería.
- Supervisar, entrenar y orientar al equipo de Ingeniería de manufactura.
- Colaborar en la planificación y ejecución de programas desarrollo y capacitación del personal, promoviendo la transferencia efectiva de conocimientos técnicos.
- El responsable de Nave 1, debe administrar y supervisar las actividades relacionadas al área de tratamientos térmicos.
