What You'll Be Doing

• Operate and monitor plant equipment to ensure efficient production processes
• Inspect systems and materials to maintain product quality and consistency
• Perform routine maintenance and report equipment issues promptly
• Adjust controls and settings to optimize plant performance
• Follow safety procedures and support a culture of operational excellence

What Are We Looking For

• Ability to safely operate and monitor industrial plant equipment
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and performance
• Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting capability
• Commitment to safety standards and regulatory compliance
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

• $22.00 to $28.75 per hour
