The Fleet Engineering Team is responsible for the automated provisioning and management of CoreWeave’s ever-expanding fleet of hardware nodes and node-types. Playing a central role in CoreWeave’s growth strategy, this team is engaged in streamlining and coordinating the domains of node provisioning, hardware RMA, datacenter operations, and platform services into a cohesive, zero-touch, and high-reliability engine of fleet management.
About the role:
We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join the Box-Office Team to help us build, run and refine our automation reliability, efficiency, scalability and user experience. This individual will join a team of mixed-skill engineers focused on all aspects of hardware lifecycle management. As a member of the Box-Office Team, you would have the opportunity to:

- You have 5 or more years experience in a software or infrastructure engineering industry.
- You have experience designing and implementing container-based microservices and integrating open-source tools to customize solutions.
- You believe in the value of automation and will champion practices that drive reliability and prioritize the CoreWeave customer experience.
- You have a good end to end understanding of what a UI needs to be successful, and how to build it to high quality standards in a reasonable time frame. You can explain trade offs of build versus import and are able to choose the best path.
- Proficiency in React, Typescript, and Golang.
Why CoreWeave?
At CoreWeave, we work hard, have fun, and move fast! We’re in an exciting stage of hyper-growth that you will not want to miss out on. We’re not afraid of a little chaos, and we’re constantly learning. Our team cares deeply about how we build our product and ho
