Responsibilities:

• You coordinate shipping processes and align closely with internal interfaces; in addition, you actively support the packaging and preparation of sample parts for shipment
• The maintenance and administration of the customer portal (in particular the Tesla portal) are part of your responsibilities, as well as the careful updating and management of sample, customer, and shipping data in times of increasing volumes
• You support the alignment between sample logistics, sales, and product marketing, prepare product and sample information for internal and external inquiries, and assist in handling customer-related sample requests
• As part of your role, you support the digitalization of sample processes in coordination with the respective departments, contribute to the optimization of existing workflows, and independently create evaluations and reports, for example in Excel
• The position involves working in product marketing (approx. 10–15 hours/week) as well as additionally on-site in sample logistics (approx. 5–10 hours/week, typically on Thursdays and Fridays), where you collaborate closely with various interface departments

Qualifications:

• You are studying logistics, industrial engineering, or a comparable field of study
• As part of your studies, you are pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree
• Initial experience with SAP as well as confident use of MS Excel are considered a plus
• You have very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
• Ideally, you are available for approximately 20 hours per week for a minimum period of six months
