Job Description

The Compliance Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day execution and
operational integrity of NAST safety compliance programs. This role ensures accurate
tracking, timely reporting, and data quality across compliance workflows, serving as
the operational backbone that enables program effectiveness.

Working under the guidance of a Program Manager, you will maintain compliance datasets, execute monitoring processes, and provide analytical support that keeps our safety programs running smoothly and audit-ready. Success in this
role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong data management skills, and
the ability to identify and resolve operational issues before they escalate.


Key job responsibilities
Perform daily operations including SIM intake, case tracking, and documentation according to established procedures

Ensure accuracy and completeness of compliance datasets by performing daily updates, validation checks, and quality audits

Generate and validate weekly/monthly compliance reports using Excel and SQL, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery to stakeholders

Track compliance workflows to completion, flagging delays or missing information and following up with responsible stakeholders to ensure closure

Detect and document data quality issues, inconsistencies, or gaps and coordinate with data owners to resolve discrepancies in a timely manner

Compile and validate WBR materials including compliance metrics, trend analysis, and action item status and prepare supporting documentation for leadership review

Schedule and facilitate compliance working sessions, capture detailed meeting notes, track action items, and distribute follow-up documentation within 24 hours

Assist training teams by providing compliance data, tracking completion metrics, and maintaining training documentation in accordance with program requirements

Organize and maintain compliance documentation repositories ensuring completeness, accuracy, and accessibility for internal and external audits

Recommend process improvements based on operational observations, document efficiency opportunities, and present findings to the Compliance Program Manager for evaluation

Basic Qualifications

- 2+ years of Trust & Safety, law, risk management, investigations, compliance, or program management experience
- Can work with sensitive and/or graphic content

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
