The Crown Is Yours
As an iGaming Marketing and Operations Associate, you'll bring casino promotions to life from concept to execution to captivate players and build lasting loyalty. You'll work across teams to launch daily campaigns, optimize tools, and fine-tune strategies that boost performance. From partnering with the Analytics team to enhance effectiveness to streamlining QA and operational workflows, you'll play a key role in driving innovation in a dynamic, customer-obsessed environment.
What You'll Do
Build, test, and launch daily promotions across multiple platforms and jurisdictions in partnership with the iGaming Revenue Operations Team.
Execute and continuously improve the promotional build and QA process to ensure accuracy, compliance, and a seamless player experience.
Own and optimize marketing and bonus tools, becoming a subject matter expert in driving efficient and high-quality campaign execution.
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance operational processes as the business scales.
Collaborate on cross-functional initiatives to improve consistency, efficiency, and overall promotional performance.
What You'll Bring
A solid understanding of casino and iGaming operations, with experience in online gaming or digital operations preferred.
Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, along with experience using project management and content tools such as Jira or Contentstack.
A data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret marketing performance metrics and apply insights to improve outcomes.
Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment when navigating time-sensitive or complex scenarios.
A high level of attention to detail, paired with the ability to think strategically about campaign execution and optimization.
The ability to adapt quickly, manage shifting priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
