We’re looking for a Flemish/Dutch-speaking Sales Development Representative to join our Manchester team. In this role, you’ll help us expand our Belgian footprint by identifying and pitching to high-potential partners, directly driving the growth of our international marketplace.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be joining the SMB (Small and Medium Business) team. This team is the engine room of our growth, focused on bringing the best local restaurants and partners onto the Deliveroo platform across our global hubs.

Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:

  • Drive New Business: Proactively acquire new partners through high-volume cold calling, email, and social selling across the Belgian market.

  • Lead Management: Expertly manage and qualify both inbound and outbound sales leads to maintain a healthy growth pipeline.

  • Pipeline Ownership: Maintain meticulous records in Salesforce to track your sales journey and ensure no opportunity is missed.

  • Hit Targets: Work towards ambitious monthly KPIs and targets that directly contribute to Deliveroo’s revenue and market share.

  • Collaborative Growth: Work within a multilingual squad to share best practices and develop strategies that resonate with Flemish and Dutch-speaking partners.

What You’ll Need to Thrive

Our ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in some of these areas and curiosity to grow in others:

  • Linguistic Fluency: Native-level or professional fluency in Flemish/Dutch and English is essential.

  • Resilience and Drive: A "can-do" attitude with the confidence to make regular cold calls and handle objections with ease.

  • Communication Skills: Proven ability to build rapport quickly over the phone and via digital channels.

  • Organisation: Strong time management skills and the ability to manage a high-volume portfolio of potential partners.

  • Technical Aptitude: Experience with IT systems, including Microsoft Office and CRM tools like Salesforce.
