🚗 What a Typical Day Looks Like
Be the Face & Voice: Provide a premier customer experience - handling phone, email, and in-person inquiries with professionalism.
Master the Schedule: Coordinate service appointments and manage customer convenience services (like shuttle arrangements and rentals) to keep the people of Winnipeg moving.
The Ultimate Support: Act as the backbone for our elite team of Technicians and Advisors by processing work orders and payments accurately, supporting outstanding customer communication, and keeping the shop flowing smoothly.
Problem Solver: Calmly and professionally resolve customer concerns, ensuring everyone leaves happier than when they arrived.
🔎 What You Bring to the Team
Experience: 1–2 years in customer service or admin (If you have automotive or dealership experience, that’s a major bonus!).
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating computer systems and learning proprietary dealership software.
Adaptability: The ability to prioritize tasks on the fly without losing your attention to detail.
Attitude: A go-getter and team player that finds ways to optimize the customer experience.
The Essentials: A valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record, and the flexibility to work our retail hours (9am-6pm including rotating Saturdays).
