Position Overview – Dietary Aide

As a Dietary Aide, you play an essential role in supporting resident health and well-being. You will assist with meal preparation, service, and sanitation while helping ensure a safe, clean, and efficient kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas
Sanitize dishes, utensils, and cookware
Monitor and document dish machine temperatures
Prepare breakfast trays and beverages, including juice and milk
Assist with meal service
Prepare snacks and nourishments as needed
Remove trash and maintain sanitation standards
Sweep, mop, and assist with stocking and putting away groceries
Report any resident concerns or observations to leadership
