Job Scope:
- Focusing on business development to reach and develop relationships with high-value new clients across various industries.
- Advising clients on leasing as well as different JLL services and connecting clients with suitable business units.
- Advising clients on the best occupational strategy based on client's vision and business goals.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to C-suite and senior decision-makers on real estate portfolio optimization.
- Advising and representing landlords on leasing-related matters and connecting landlords to appropriate resources cross-departments.
- Advising occupiers on properties that suit their business needs and requirements.
- Handling and leading lease acquisitions, dispositions, and complex lease transactions throughout the entire project lifecycle.
- Developing and strengthening relationships with both landlords and occupiers through strategic networking and relationship management.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through proactive market engagement and leveraging existing networks.
- Contributing to team development, supporting junior team members in handling deals, professional development, etc.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams (Capital Markets, Project Management, Workplace Strategy) to deliver integrated client solutions.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience working in real estate (office property) either with office building developers/owners, or office leasing brokerage/consultancy.
- Or, 7+ years in B2B sales, business development, or client relationship management roles with proven ability to build and leverage networks at senior executive levels.
- Demonstrated success in business development and deal closing.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to structure win-win solutions for clients.
- Pleasant personality, excellent communication skills, and compelling storytelling ability.
- Fluency in English and Thai required; additional languages a plus.
- Experience in retail leasing, workplace design, facilities management, or business consultancy will be a plus.
