Position Overview 

West Monroe is seeking a commercially oriented  Director or Partner to join our Technology & Experience Practice, with a focus on  Account Growth & Advisory. This role is designed for an entrepreneurial, client-focused leader who excels at connecting the dots between our technology services and client needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical acumen paired with a business-minded approach to expand client relationships and drive revenue growth. 

In this position, you will focus on farming opportunities within existing accounts, expanding our scope of work by identifying and solving client challenges. While you collaborate with delivery teams, your primary responsibility will be to grow client relationships, develop account strategies, and ensure alignment between client needs and West Monroe’s technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities 

As a Leader, you will deliver value in the following areas: 

Client Development & Commercial Growth 

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, deeply understanding their business challenges and aligning West Monroe’s technology services to deliver solutions. 
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand our footprint within existing accounts, focusing on farming rather than net-new acquisition.
