Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with chip designers, power electronics engineers, test engineers, digital designers, and operations teams.
- Support engineering validation and production-readiness activities.
- Help establish disciplined lab practices.
- Communicate clearly on test status, lab constraints, equipment issues, and technical observations.
Required Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years in hardware lab or R&D environment
- Strong hands-on experience with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, DMMs, power supplies, electronic loads, function generators, and thermal test equipment.
- Experience supporting hardware bring-up, debug, validation, or characterization.
