En este rol, se busca cumplir con los objetivos de venta del territorio bajo su cargo, con el fin de posicionar a GSK como un aliado estratégico para la comunidad médica a través de la correcta implementación de la visita médica alineada a la estrategia establecida por Mercadotecnia para la promoción y generación de demanda (prescripciones) del portafolio de alta especialidad de GSK México. A su vez, se gestiona la búsqueda y capitalización activa de oportunidades de negocio en el mercado de gobierno mediante la frecuencia y secuencia de visita con los diferentes stakeholders del territorio identificados (Personal de salud y administrativos relacionado con la cadena de demanda) y el correcto manejo de las cuentas clave.

Responsabilidades:

Esta posición te da la oportunidad de liderar actividades claves para progresar TU carrera, las principales son:

  • Promocionar productos de alta especialidad utilizando información científica para generar convencimiento en médicos y aumentar las prescripciones en sector privado y público.

  • Mapear y conocer a los principales socios comerciales en el territorio, incluyendo sociedades médicas, centros especializados y distribuidores, para maximizar el impacto del portafolio.
     

  • Desarrollar y ejecutar planes de negocio multicanal para incrementar la participación del portafolio de la empresa, utilizando actividades promocionales y digitales específicas en el territorio asignado.
     

  • Implementar técnicas de ventas y cumplir con las expectativas del negocio.

  • Analizar datos del territorio (BSC, IQVIA, INEFAM) para tomar decisiones informadas, gestionar la inteligencia competitiva y realizar un seguimiento efectivo de pacientes.
     

  • Cumplir con indicadores clave de rendimiento (KPIs) como visitas médicas, frecuencia, uso de herramientas visuales, cobertura médica y participación en congresos, alineándose con las estrategias de marketing y comerciales.

Requisitos:

  • Estudios universitarios completados relacionados con en carreras económico - administrativas, químico – biológicas, área de la salud o afines.

  • Sólida experiencia en la industria farmacéutica, colaborando en los últimos años en alta especialidad.

  • Experiencia en sector público manejando productos de alta especialidad.

  • Conocimiento del proceso de compra, torre de control y manejo de contratos.

  • Disponibilidad para viajar
