Job Description:

• This position is responsible for the generation and analysis of accurate production data for use by management and the agency force — to determine sales trends and directions, maintain advisors’ production and achievement records, and monitor advisor performance relative to ongoing sales campaigns. It also handles coordination with IT on system enhancements and serves as a key data resource for both internal stakeholders and the field.

• Ability to work across multiple data sources and databases
• Familiarity with Tableau or similar business intelligence tools is an advantage

• Ability to explain production data clearly to non-technical audiences, including advisors and agency management
• Strong attention to detail with the discipline to manage multiple deadlines under time pressure

• Must have a good working knowledge of Life Insurance and consolidated reporting

Responsibilities (heading) / Responsabilités (titre)

• Generate results for Distribution campaigns. Review contest mechanics and provide feedback to ensure requirements are clear, complete, and consistent. Confirm all contest conditions have been properly applied, verify data accuracy, and secure the necessary signoffs.
• Prepare and distribute production reports covering sales progress, campaign performance, and advisor activity. Generate insights that help management identify trends, understand variances, and spot opportunities. Summarize key findings in formats useful for both operational and strategic discussions.
• Act as liaison between Distribution and IT on system enhancements and fixes. Identify opportunities to automate recurring reports and manual processes and lead the request for those improvements. Conduct periodic reviews of current reporting standards to keep them efficient and fit for purpose.
• Address production-related inquiries from the agency force and internal stakeholders. Orient advisors and agency management on how production data is generated, clarify report methodology, and walk them through contest mechanics when questions come up.
