What You Will Do

• Contribute to strategy projects: Support client engagements on high-stakes questions around AI adoption, data governance, digital transformation, and business model innovation.
• Conduct research and analysis: Perform market research, competitor analysis, and data-driven analysis to help build clear and actionable recommendations.
• Support end-to-end project delivery: Assist in structuring problems, preparing client workshops, building deliverables, and contributing to implementation roadmaps under the guidance of senior team members.
• Develop client-ready materials: Help create presentations, reports, and frameworks that communicate complex ideas clearly to business and technical audiences.
• Learn and grow continuously: Actively participate in internal training, knowledge-sharing sessions, and team discussions to rapidly build your consulting and data/AI expertise.
• Contribute to team knowledge: Support the creation of internal content such as thought pieces, benchmarks, and methodologies that strengthen Artefact Belgium's expertise and offerings.

What You Bring

• A Bachelor's and Master's degree (preferred) in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field; a strong academic track record is valued.
• A genuine interest in both business and technology — you enjoy tackling complex problems and want to develop a structured, strategic mindset.
• Familiarity with data and digital technologies (e.g. analytics, AI concepts, digital marketing, cloud platforms); curiosity and willingness to learn matters more than deep expertise.
• Proficiency in English and French or Dutch is required; additional languages are a plus.
• You must be eligible to work in Belgium.
