ABOUT THE ROLE

Orchestra is seeking an Account Supervisor, Digital Advocacy to join our Integrated Marketing Channels team. This role will primarily lead and support advocacy and impact-focused clients while also partnering with corporate, consumer, and other integrated marketing accounts across the agency.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working across industries and client categories, brings a strategic mindset, and demonstrates success managing integrated cross-channel campaigns across email, web, and social media. This person will serve as a day-to-day client lead while partnering closely with internal creative, brand, production, and influencer teams to deliver thoughtful, high-performing work.

Role location: This role will ideally be based in one of our offices (3 days per week in New York, N.Y., Washington, D.C., Boston, M.A., Seattle, W.A., Miami, F.L., Los Angeles, C.A.), or can be fully remote with occasional travel.

ACCOUNTABILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS

As an Account Supervisor, you will:

  • Serve as the day-to-day lead across multiple client accounts, managing timelines, deliverables, and client communications
  • Lead creation and execution of integrated cross-channel campaigns spanning email, social media, influencer partnerships, digital activations, and more
  • Drive strategic client recommendations informed by audience insights, campaign goals, and platform best practices
  • Oversee campaign execution from planning through launch, ensuring quality control, consistency, and strong performance across channels
  • Review, edit, and QA client-facing materials including email copy, social content, campaign assets, and reporting deliverables
  • Monitor campaign performance and synthesize insights into actionable recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders
  • Adapt responsibilities and lead across evolving client needs, team priorities, and new business opportunities

Essential skills:

  • 5–7+ years of experience in digital marketing, digital advocacy, or communications, ideally in an agency environment
  • Experience supporting advocacy, public affairs, nonprofit, social impact, or mission-driven campaigns is preferred
  • Demonstrated experience developing and leading integrated digital campaigns across email and social channels
  • Strong understanding of email marketing strategy, audience segmentation, content development, and performance optimization
  • Familiarity with email and CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Mailchimp, Action Network, or EveryAction
  • Excellent client management skills with the ability to confidently lead day-to-day communications and build trusted relationships
  • Experience managing social media strategy and content development, with exposure to influencer or creator partnerships
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients, deadlines, and competing priorities simultaneously
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and QA skills, with a sharp eye for voice, tone, and detail
  • Strategic thinker who understands how digital channels contribute to broader brand, communications, and business goals

Salary range (commensurate with experience and skills): $85,000–$100,000
