About the Role
As an Adult Social Worker in the Locality Team, you will:
- Work directly with adults to understand their wishes, feelings, and desired outcomes
- Deliver strengths‑based, relationship‑focused practice
- Complete high‑quality assessments and develop person‑centred, outcome‑focused plans
- Manage a varied caseload with regular reflective supervision
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of legislation, research, and best practice
- Work collaboratively with families, carers, and multi‑agency partners
Requirements
- A recognised Social Work qualification
- Completed ASYE
- Active Social Work England registration
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
