Job Description

Notable is the leading healthcare AI platform for transforming workforce productivity. Health systems, hospitals, and payers use Notable to improve healthcare quality, close gaps in patient care, drive member enrollment, and patient acquisition, retention, and reimbursement, scaling growth without hiring more staff.

We are on a mission to improve the lives of patients, staff, and clinicians - to improve healthcare for humanity. This isn't just a lofty goal - it's something we're achieving every single day. When you join Notable, you become part of a force actively transforming healthcare. Our aim to impact 100 million patients isn't just a number; it's a commitment to creating meaningful change on a massive scale.

Therefore, our culture is purposeful in pursuit of this mission. We believe our culture gives each person the opportunity to do the best work of their lives, work with the best teammates, and have fun achieving great things together.

Role Summary:

Notable’s Builder Ecosystem is a core strategic initiative. We help healthcare organizations become AI architects, building their own workflows instead of just buying software. This ecosystem includes a Skills marketplace, professional development pathways, and network effects to grow the next generation of health system AI Builders.

We’re looking for a Growth Lead to build and scale this ecosystem from the ground up. You will be responsible for creating and instrumenting the Builder funnel end-to-end, running hypothesis-driven experiments, and driving conversion from initial engagement to production deployment.

You thrive in 0->1 roles. You love to create a playbook where none exists. You’ll build the operational infrastructure that makes the team and ecosystem run, because at this stage, the person who builds the growth engine also builds the machine it runs on. You'll be the operating partner to the Head of Builder Ecosystem, taking on day-to-day execution. You'll own the data, the pipeline, and the weekly rhythm — and you'll use that operating leverage to identify and act on growth opportunities faster than anyone else on the team. You'll join a small cross-functional team with clear lanes: a Builder Success Lead who coaches Builders in the field, a PMM who owns narrative and community, and a Product team building the platform - you own the growth machinery, the data, and the operating rhythm that ties it all together.

This role is ideal for someone who has built or scaled an ecosystem, partner program, or builder community from 0→1, and thrives in ambiguity while driving measurable outcomes.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build & Own the Operating Machine

    • Own the Builder CRM — maintain, segment, analyze, and report on the full pipeline

    • Build and maintain funnel analytics across all stages: pipeline → training → certified → published → Power Builder

    • Design the operating rhythm — standups, pipeline reviews, exec summaries, milestone tracking

    • Build the systems, processes, and feedback loops required to scale the ecosystem.

    • Manage stakeholder communication cadences and cross-functional coordination

    • Draft weekly executive summaries and surface the right tradeoffs to leadership

    • Own process documentation, knowledge management, and decision logs

  • Drive Builder Funnel Growth

    • Own the end-to-end Builder funnel, from top-of-funnel acquisition through activation, certification, and production deployment.

    • Define key metrics, instrument the funnel, and identify drop-off points and growth opportunities.

    • Design and run rapid, hypothesis-driven experiments to improve conversion, engagement, and Builder success rates

    • Develop segmentation strategies to target high-potential Builders and personalize engagement.

    • Monitor leading indicators — who's stalling, who's accelerating — and act on the signals

    • Build lightweight models to forecast growth, identify risks, and guide investment decisions

  • Ship Experiments Cross-Functionally

    • Work across Product, Customer Success, and Marketing to get experiments designed and shipped

    • Surface tradeoffs and unblock execution — you're the person who makes sure the growth bets actually land

    • Translate data into actionable insights that inform strategy, prioritization, and product direction

  • Run Training Operations

    • Own how Builders move from training to real-world deployment.

    • Design and evolve the Builder journey, including onboarding, training, and early production success.

    • Optimize onboarding, curriculum pathways, and certification processes for speed and effectiveness.

    • Ensure Builders reach meaningful production outcomes quickly and consistently.

    • Track training pipeline health — completion rates, dropout points, time-in-stage

You’re a Great Fit if:

  • 5+ years of experience in growth, ecosystem, platform, or partner program roles, ideally in a SaaS or developer-facing company.

  • You've built or scaled a developer, partner, or builder ecosystem from 0→1 — you were there when the ecosystem was being invented, not when it was mature and you were managing it

  • Strong data and analytics skills, comfortable managing CRMs and dashboards, and making decisions with imperfect data.

  • You can both build the machine AND run it - strategy & execution are the same thing, not separate activities for you

  • You’re AI fluent - you build and use AI to scale the work of you and your team every day

  • You recognize that enterprise healthcare is not a consumer funnel. Deploying AI into health systems requires executive sponsors, integration prerequisites, and change management. You don’t need healthcare experience, but you do need intellectual humility about the space.

  • Familiarity with Asana, Google Workspace, Slack, LMS platforms, BI/analytics tools, and Salesforce.

  • Excellent written communication, bias toward action, comfort with ambiguity, and ability to drive alignment across teams.

  • Ability to travel up to 10% to customer sites

Nice to have:

  • Experience in healthcare or enterprise SaaS environments

  • Experience working with CRMs, analytics tools, or growth tooling

  • Background in developer experience, DevRel-adjacent roles, or community-led growth

How We Expect You to Work:

  • Growth-oriented: You think in funnels, levers, and experiments, and are accountable for outcomes.

  • Builder-minded: You enjoy creating from scratch and are comfortable owning both strategy and execution.

  • AI-first: You leverage AI tools to move faster and scale your impact.

  • Product-fluent: You develop a deep understanding of the platform to identify friction and opportunities.

  • Operator: You don’t just design experiments - you also make sure the trains run on time.

We value in-person collaboration and connection. For Bay Area–based employees, this role requires being in our San Mateo office at least three days a week. For remote employees, occasional travel to headquarters is expected for company-wide events and onsite gatherings.
