Redwood Cove Healthcare Center is seeking a dedicated and confident RN Supervisor/Charge Nurse to help lead our nursing team. If you’re passionate about supporting residents, mentoring staff, and ensuring exceptional clinical care, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

• Provide leadership and clinical oversight to nursing staff during your shift

• Ensure resident care is delivered safely and according to care plans

• Support team members with guidance, coaching, and problem-solving

• Monitor clinical documentation for accuracy and compliance

• Respond to emergencies and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team

What We’re Looking For

• Active California RN license

• Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred

• Strong communication, leadership, and critical-thinking skills
