Job Description Summary

This role supports the Procurement organization in managing all spend data and reporting activities, with a strong focus on continuous cost optimization within strategic procurement. The Procurement Analyst will lead key initiatives such as budgeting, forecasting, project tracker management, and supplier spend analysis, while also driving improvements in policies, processes, and reporting frameworks. This position is essential to maintain service delivery for the Workday account while enabling the Sourcing Desk to expand its data-driven capabilities, improve efficiency, and support strategic procurement objectives regionally.

This position will be part of the APAC EMEA Sourcing Desk Procurement Platform Team. The Procurement Analyst will support the sourcing desk leader matrix with workday account leader and will assist in all aspects of vendor and contract management.

Job Description

About the Role:

• Support procurement activities including purchase orders, requisitions, invoice processing, and compliance with company policies.

• Manage vendor onboarding, documentation, performance tracking, and escalate issues as needed.

• Assist with contract administration, including preparation, renewals, and adherence to terms and conditions.

• Participate in sourcing initiatives such as RFPs, bid analysis, and negotiations to achieve cost and service objectives.

• Generate reports, track KPIs, and collaborate with global teams to improve procurement processes and tools.

About You:

• 2–5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or vendor management.

• Knowledge of contract administration and compliance requirements.

• Strong analytical, reporting, and negotiation skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Ability to work across global teams and adapt to different time zones
