This Position reports to:

SCM Manager


 

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Developing and implementing category strategies for mechanical components (plastic, packaging, metal processing) in alignment with company business objectives.
  • Leading supplier selection, performance management, and negotiations to secure competitive and compliant agreements.
  • Building cost model for responsible commodities
  • Driving continuous improvement and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Working together with cross functional team to guarantee supplier on-time delivery and quality performance to the target.
  • Ensuring strong stakeholder collaboration across project teams to contribute to company business development.
  • Monitoring market trends and innovations in responsible categories and maintaining supplier landscape dynamically.

Qualifications for the role:

  • You are highly skilled in strategic sourcing, category management, cost analysis and supplier relationship management
  • You have 5+ years of experience in Sourcing functions.
  • You bring experience or familiarity with MS Office, Power BI, Ariba, SAP, and supplier analytics tools
  • You are passionate about sourcing, sustainability, and improving supplier performance through innovation and analytics.
  • Degree in Mechanical, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; advanced degree or professional procurement certification (e.g., CIPS, CPSM) is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • You are available for occasional business trips.
