Program Director

What You’ll Do:

  • Assure safe project execution, consistent with cost, schedule and contractual requirements while maintaining bottom line responsibility for financial success.
  • Deliver positive results for financial, HSE, client satisfaction, budget and schedule performance.
  • Serve as prime point of contact between the client and KBR, building strong working relationships.
  • Support in the pursuit of new work with input via client meetings, presentations and proposal work.
  • Assure project execution is in accordance with policies, procedures, systems, and requirements approved by KBR.
  • Manage project risk to avoid delays or reputational damage.
  • Report project status and performance forecasts.
  • Identify resource requirements and co-ordination with resource managers.
  • Deliver projects as principal project manager and as part of wider delivery team.
  • Train, develop & mentor the next generation of project delivery professionals.
  • Who You Are:
  • An experienced Program Director with a strong record in managing brownfield projects, especially within large electrical systems and operating assets.
  • Knowledgeable about environmental and sustainability best practices, including decarbonisation.
  • A collaborative communicator who works well with multicultural teams and values diversity of perspectives.
  • Able to resolve issues efficiently, with excellent client engagement skills and the ability to gain trust at all levels.
  • Experienced in global project delivery, with a focus on new-build structures (fixed platforms or floating) and integration into existing infrastructures.
  • Your Skills and Experience:
  • Senior professional with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Extensive experience with progress reporting, Earned Value Management, and technical issue resolution.
  • Skilled in managing project financials and contractual administration, including change orders and risk management.
  • Holds an undergraduate degree in Engineering or a related field, with a Project Management Professional (PMP, AMP) or equivalent certification preferred.
