As Senior Digital Sculptor, you will bring advanced experience in digital surface development to join this high-performance team responsible for the DTNA portfolio of multi branded products, Freightliner, Western Star and business subsidiaries. Your strong passion for design craftsmanship and technical surfacing excellence will play a key role in shaping production, and concept vehicles.

What You Drive at DTNA

• You work directly with the Manager for Digital Surface Development to lead all surfacing activities and ensure deliverables are executed on time, on budget, and to required quality standards.
• You act as a primary surfacing expert, translating design vision into high‑quality Class‑A surface solutions.
• You drive cross-functional alignment of digital surfaces with master sections, engineering criteria, and program targets.
• You own surface reviews, contribute to VR‑based design evaluations, and represent surfacing expertise in cross‑functional forums.
• You present project work to high level executives representing the department at executive meetings and events.

Knowledge You Should Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Transportation Design, Industrial Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience, and 5–7 years of advanced digital surfacing experience, is required.
• Expert level capacity in Class‑ A surfacing, CAD tools, and design‑to‑engineering integration.
• Outstanding ability to solve complex surfacing challenges independently.
• Strong leadership excellence, communication skills, and passion for design excellence.
• Experience leading surface reviews and influencing design direction through technical expertise.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office tools for documentation, analysis, and reporting.
• Collaborative mindset and strong passion for design, contributing as an engaged and effective team player.
• An attached resume is required.

Exceptional Candidate Might Have

• Professional experience as a Digital Sculptor within an Automotive Design Department.
