Customer Contact Centre in Circle K Business Centre, in Riga is growing and looking for a professional who is passionate about people and would like to join our global family as:

 
ENGLISH SPEAKING CUSTOMER CONSULTANT

Type of position: Temporary, contract for 1.5 years

Working hours: shift work, including evenings and weekends
 

Employment type: full-time

Location: Riga, Latvia 

Visa requirements: A valid work permit from the EU/EEA
(relocation assistance is not provided) 

 
WHAT YOU'LL DO 

• take care of our customers via phone and email;

• be responsible for customer support and account administration;

• report any suspicious activity aligned with fraud prevention measures;

• support customers with electric vehicle chargers.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO

• loves to communicate with people and find the best solution for them;

• is fluent in English (to communicate with customers and colleagues abroad);

• is ready to work mainly in evening and weekend shifts;

• likes to work in fast-paced environment and with various systems;

• preferably has previous customer service experience.
