Introduction

As a Junior Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting channel partner initiatives and managing day-to-day operations across the EMEA region. You will collaborate closely with senior account managers and cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of partner projects, while also maintaining and growing relationships with direct accounts.

Your responsibilities will include handling standard sales tasks such as customer and channel partner communication, order tracking, forecasting, reporting and maintaining CRM data. You will be expected to proactively drive operational excellence, support sales activities, and contribute to the overall success of the regional business.

A key part of your role will also be to contribute to funnel growth by identifying new opportunities, nurturing leads, and supporting marketing and sales campaigns aimed at expanding the customer base and increasing engagement across both channel and direct accounts.

Your Job

  • Support the development and execution of account strategies alongside senior team members

  • Assisting with day-to-day account operations such as order tracking, CRM updates, and reporting

  • Collaborating with senior account managers and technical teams to understand customer needs and opportunities

  • Engage in Forecast and Forecast Response process to manage factory loadings and territory revenue

  • Meet or exceed Sales Revenue, Design Win Revenue and Tape Out Revenue targets

  • Develop business proposals in response to RFI/RFQs, and drive necessary internal alignment and approvals from key stakeholders

  • Communicating with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution

  • Participating in regular customer meetings (virtual or in-person) to help resolve operational issues

  • Conduct weekly customer and channel partner face to face or tele-conference meetings to resolve tactical issues

  • Supporting marketing and sales campaigns to identify new leads and grow our customer base

  • Process quotes, forecasts, and product disposition in a timely manner

  • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements, and programs

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an Accredited College and or University in Engineering, Technology, Business, Accounting, Finance, Management or Related Discipline

  • Fluency in English is required; German language skills are a strong plus, especially for local client interactions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Working of knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce

  • Solid program management experience

  • Direct experience dealing with Foundry

  • Goal/target oriented

  • Good interpersonal and presentation skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
