Clinical Systems Specialist - United States (Remote)

We have an incredible opportunity for a Clinical Systems Specialist to join ICON’s Interactive Response Technology (IRT) team. The Clinical Systems Specialist will play a pivotal role in designing and analyzing clinical trials, interpreting complex medical data, and contributing to the advancement of innovative treatments and therapies.

Location: United States (Remote)

What you will be doing:

Tests the components of at least one clinical system from a recognized vendor
Provides appropriate notifications and feedback on the URS, UAT requirements, UAT deliverables, and results of testing
Actively participates in internal meetings
Participate in the creation and maintenance of UAT documentation
Interprets URS and clinical study protocols
May provide oversight during the execution of UAT by supporting UAT coordination, execution, and error resolution liaising with internal and external stakeholders
May collaborate with sponsor, external vendors, and internal functions to provide feedback in the development of UAT plan

Your profile:

4-5 years of experience with system testing
Pharmaceutical or CRO industry experience is preferred
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex medical data, including reviewing protocols to determine system functionality required to support the clinical trials
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a demonstrated ability to work in cross-functional teams
Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in clinical systems management
Bachelor's degree in life sciences, computer science, or related field
