The Senior AI Engineer is responsible for design, build, and scale AI‑powered tools that enhance and accelerate software engineering workflows. This role will play a key part in shaping our AI engineering capabilities—bringing deep expertise in Generative AI, system design, critical thinking, and modern software engineering practices.


You will work across our AI stack to create reliable, scalable, and developer‑focused solutions that integrate into real engineering environments.

This is an on-site role in Kraków.

What you will do:

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven tools that improve software engineering productivity.

  • Build systems using GenAI, RAG architectures, vector stores, and modern LLM frameworks.

  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify engineering pain points and deliver AI solutions that meaningfully address them.

  • Architect and implement robust back-end systems, APIs, and pipelines for AI features.

  • Evaluate, fine-tune, and integrate LLMs using Python, LangGraph/LangChain, and related frameworks.

  • Implement scalable data pipelines and retrieval systems using Azure, Postgres, and vector-search.

  • Ensure model observability, reliability, quality, and safe operation.

  • Collaborate on system design, architecture reviews, and technical direction for AI initiatives.

  • Stay current with rapidly evolving AI technologies and identify opportunities for adoption.


Who you are:

  • Strong expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and building production-grade AI systems.

  • Experience delivering end-to-end AI solutions (from prototyping to production).

  • Strong skills in Python, including ecosystem packages used in AI/ML tooling.

  • Hands-on experience with LangGraph, LangChain, RAG pipelines, vector search, and related patterns.

  • Strong system design skills, with the ability to architect scalable AI solutions.

  • Solid software engineering fundamentals: clean code, testing, CI/CD, API design.

  • Ability to apply critical thinking and break complex problems into actionable components.

  • Experience working with Azure cloud services.

  • Experience with SQL and vector databases (Postgres + vector store).

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Experience with TypeScript and modern frameworks (e.g., Vercel AI SDK).

  • Willingness to learn and work across both Python and TypeScript environments.

  • Experience building developer‑facing tools or productivity‑focused AI features.
