Responsibilities:
Own and manage the product backlog, translating high-level requirements into clear user stories with defined acceptance criteria
Prioritize backlog items based on customer value, business goals, and technical feasibility while ensuring alignment with the product roadmap
Collaborate with stakeholders to define clear, testable requirements and act as the voice of the customer within development teams
Serve as Product Owner in Agile/Scrum teams, leading sprint planning, backlog grooming, and acceptance of completed work
Provide ongoing guidance and decision-making support to ensure features meet quality standards and customer expectations
Work cross-functionally with R&D, QA, regulatory, and commercial teams to ensure seamless product development and delivery
Incorporate customer feedback and workflow understanding to drive usability improvements and feature enhancements
Ensure timely, high-quality releases by supporting validation, documentation, and readiness activities
Candidate Requirement:
Education: Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Life Sciences or related field
Mandatory Skills, Knowledge:
10+ years of experience in Application Support, product development, product ownership or relevant fields.
Experience working with complex systems (hardware + software integration preferred)
Experience with life sciences instruments (sample prep, plate readers etc.)
Ability to translate customer needs into detailed technical requirements
Prior experience working with global, cross-functional teams
Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills
