JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analysis Engineer to join our Data & Analytics team. This entry-level role is focused on developing advanced data analytics solutions that drive business value across the organization. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical aptitude and strong interpersonal skills, working at the intersection of data engineering, business intelligence, and artificial intelligence.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and deliver advanced data analytics solutions to support business objectives
• Design and build Business Intelligence solutions using tools such as Power BI
• Develop Agentic and Generative AI solutions leveraging AWS Bedrock, AgentCore, and Amazon Quick
• Collaborate closely with business users to gather requirements, define scope, and ensure delivered solutions align with stakeholder expectations
• Translate complex business needs into scalable, maintainable technical solutions
• Support ongoing maintenance and enhancement of existing analytics platforms

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or Information Systems (preferred)
• 0–2 years of relevant experience in data analytics, software development, or a related field
• Software development proficiency (e.g., Python, SQL, or similar languages)
• Experience or familiarity with Business Intelligence platforms, particularly Power BI
• Exposure to or comfort with AWS services, including AWS Bedrock and AgentCore
• Familiarity with Amazon Quick Suite or similar AI-powered analytics platforms
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with business stakeholders
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
