We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Key Account Manager (KAM) to join our Slovak Commercial Operations team. In this role, you will be the strategic partner for healthcare professionals, driving access to innovative therapies in Immunology & Acute Hemorrhage Control and improving patient outcomes.

The Role:

• Manage CSL’s hospital portfolio in your territory:
• Build strong relationships with healthcare providers and key opinion leaders
• Develop and implement strategic account plans to grow market share
• Drive tender management and pricing processes in collaboration with internal teams
• Provide accurate forecasting and reporting via CRM tools
• Support product launches and optimize patient care pathways
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards

Your Skills and Experience:

• Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, or Business
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience, ideally in hospital care or rare diseases
• Proven success in account management and product launches
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent in English
• Willingness to travel extensively (up to 90%)
