What You'll Be Doing
Support the monthly general ledger close, including accruals, amortizations, journal entries, and reconciliations
Perform balance sheet account reconciliations, including cash and bank accounts
Analyze financial statements and prepare reports with insights for assigned business units
Manage inventory accounting, including cost variance and physical inventory analysis
Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting issues and support business processes
Assist with internal and external audits and contribute to special projects as needed
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
What Are We Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required, with 2 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS and GAAP) and financial reporting, with the ability to analyze data, think critically, and solve problems
Proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JDE; Blackline a plus)
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating organization, adaptability, and attention to detail
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive, driven approach to supporting team and business objectives
Work Environment
This role operates in a hybrid office environment and collaborates with shared services, corporate teams, business managers, and local operations in a fast-paced, high-performance culture.
