We are searching for the best talent for Supply Chain Project Management Office to be in Seoul.
Position Summary
This role will lead the Korea Supply Chain workstream for Project Osprey, the legal entity separation of Orthopedic business. The primary objective is to ensure full Day 1 operational readiness for warehouse, ERP, other IT solutions, business requirements, aligning cross-functional stakeholders, and safeguarding end-to-end supply chain continuity. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in End-to-End Supply Chain processes, SAP/ERP and related systems, and strong project leadership capabilities.
You will be responsible for:
Ensure End-to-end Supply Chain readiness by Day 1:
- Oversee all separation activities for Supply Chain including warehouse preparation, ERP & other system ready, operation process set up, & fulfillment of other business requirement as the local PMO.
- Ensure Day 1 readiness for entire Supply Chain process such as order processing, inventory, billing, and financial close.
- Map and manage all local supply chain activities to align with global separation blueprints. (import, customs clearance, inventory, customer service, logistics, & others)
- Develop and implement SOPs, quality agreements, and 3PL contracts for the new legal entity.
- Ensure compliance with local regulatory and operational requirements.
ERP & Supply Chain IT Workstream Leadership
- Lead local execution of ERP and Supply Chain system separation (SAP, OMS, & others).
- Oversee master data migration, interface updates, testing, cutover, and Hypercare.
Cross-Functional & Regional Stakeholder Management
- Act as the single point of contact for Korea Supply Chain in the global/regional program.
- Facilitate alignment across Commercial, Finance, RA, QA, IT, and regional/global SC teams.
- Translate technical changes into business language for stakeholder clarity.
Risk Management & Business Continuity
- Identify and mitigate operational risks (e.g., supply disruption, data integrity, compliance gaps).
- Maintain a risk register and lead scenario planning
- Develop contingency plans to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Project Governance & Reporting
- Establish local PMO structure and governance routines
- Track milestones, manage dependencies, and drive structured decision-making.
- Ensure documentation and communication are consistent and transparent.
Qualifications / Requirements:
Required
- 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain operations or project management
- Deep understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain processes including Plan & Deliver
- Strong knowledge of SAP ERP and related SC systems (WMS, TMS, OMS)
- Proven experience in cross-functional project leadership
- Fluent in English and Korean
Preferred
- Experience in Plan & Deliver(warehousing & distribution)
- Experience in Orthopedic or medical device industry
- Prior involvement in legal entity separation, M&A, or spin off projects
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP)
- Experience in global/regional matrixed environments
