Your Impact:
As an Account Executive at Torch, you will own the full sales cycle from first touch to close. You will work directly with small and midsize dental practices, helping them understand how Torch delivers real, measurable value through cost savings and operational efficiency.
This is a true full-cycle role. You will prospect, set demos, run discovery, lead demos, and close deals. Our sales motion is fast-paced with short sales cycles, allowing you to build pipeline quickly and see results in real time.
You will have the autonomy to own your number while being supported by strong coaching, proven playbooks, and a highly collaborative team.
Location: Austin, Texas (in office Monday - Thursday, with flexibility to work from home on Fridays once ramped)
Hours: Monday - Friday 7:45 AM - 5:00 PM CST
