Job Description Summary:
Manager, Customer Development - Front Line Marketing
Key Responsibilities -
1. Portfolio Strategy & Execution Planning
Translate Category Growth Strategies into channel-specific Portfolio Execution Plans for CMG channels
Lead Integrated CMG Calendar - ensuring alignment between brand priorities, trade windows, and channel plans, along with budget ownership across brands x channels
2. Annual Business Planning for accelerating customers (JBP & VDATE Closures) -
Own the end-to-end JBP process for key CMG accounts - including bespoke ideation, brand-thinking synthesis, budget conversations, prioritization frameworks, and finalization of the FY Customer Marketing Calendar
Drive VDATE Closures independently - covering top-line budget alignment with Brand teams, DME/UC tabulation, KAM sign-offs, final program summaries, execution follow-through, and post-program performance reporting
Serve as the single point of integration between Marketing and CMG during annual and mid-year planning cycles
3. Customer & Bottler Engagement
Build and deliver customized selling stories and pitch decks for customer-facing presentations — tailored to individual account needs and bottler expectations
Lead Bottler/Customer Connect sessions - developing brand top-line thinking with account-specific execution plans
4. Shopper Marketing & Digital Execution
Develop and execute Shopper Marketing programs in close partnership with CMG KAMs - bridging consumer marketing strategy with in-store shopper behaviour
Brief and manage Shopper Creative development across channels
5. Insights & Analytics
Track brand performance , program performance, derive shopper learnings, and sharpen future planning.
Own data-based decision-making for all CMG marketing investments — including ROI analysis, sell-in decks, and performance dashboards
Build analytics frameworks that connect category growth metrics with channel-level execution KPIs.
Qualifications & Requirements
4+ years of experience in the TCCC system.
Highly proficient in Business Analytics and very comfortable with Data
MBA from Top Tier Business School is preferred
Communication Focus
Collaborate across TCCC System to bring the final strategies to life
Influence subject matter experts (internal teams like Connections, Activation, CE , Assets and R&D – and external agencies like Creative, Design agencies).
