About the role
As Associate Director, Integrated Digital Supply Chain Planning - Solution Architect, you will be accountable for the end‑to‑end solution architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise Connected Planning capabilities, with a strong focus on Kinaxis Maestro.
This role serves as the architect and technical authority for Connected Planning within the Digital Factory Center of Excellence, leading the definition, deployment, and sustainment of scalable, high‑performance planning solutions across global business units. Your work will directly enable smarter decision‑making, improved supply chain performance, and enterprise‑wide digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities
As an  Associate Director, Integrated Digital Supply Chain Planning - Solution Architect, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading end‑to‑end solution architecture and design for Kinaxis Maestro, including data models, integration patterns, and configuration frameworks.
  • Translating complex business requirements into scalable, high‑performance Connected Planning solutions.
  • Defining solution blueprints, module configurations, and best‑practice modeling approaches across planning domains.
  • Ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards, data governance, and IT security requirements.
  • Overseeing and guiding global implementations across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP / IBP, Inventory Optimization, and Capacity Planning.
  • Providing hands‑on leadership in Maestro configuration, scenario modeling, and workbook development.
  • Leading design workshops, solution walkthroughs, and deep‑dive sessions with business and IT stakeholders.
  • Acting as the technical escalation point and mentor for architecture decisions, design standards, and best practices.


Requirements
We are looking for strategic thinkers, technical leaders, and strong collaborators with a passion for digital supply chain transformation.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 12+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning or Digital Supply Chain transformation roles.
  • 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Kinaxis Maestro or similar platforms (o9, SAP IBP, Blue Yonder, OMP) across multiple planning domains.
  • Proven experience leading global implementations and cross‑functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of integrated planning domains including Demand, Supply, Production, S&OE, and Inventory.
  • Advanced English proficiency with strong oral and written communication skills, including interaction with senior leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree.
  • Experience managing external vendors and strategic partners.
  • Experience managing project financials, resource planning, and benefits realization for enterprise digital products.
