The work
As a UX/UI Developer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience for a cutting-edge platform designed to accelerate operational AI adoption. Your work will center on developing intuitive mission workflow visualizations, crafting dynamic dashboards, and building interfaces that enhance AI explainability for end users
Key responsibilities:
- Design and develop intuitive UX/UI solutions for mission-critical applications and dashboards
- Create and implement mission workflow visualizations and operator interfaces that optimize human-machine teaming
- Develop user-centered, explainable AI interfaces to enhance transparency and trust in AI-driven systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI, DevSecOps, data engineering, and cybersecurity into user-facing components
- Build and maintain frontend applications using React, Next.js, and Django Utilize Figma and visualization frameworks to prototype and deliver high-fidelity user experiences
- Support continuous monitoring and scalable software delivery through modern Hub-and-Spoke architectures
- Ensure seamless integration of enterprise AI governance and agentic AI systems into operational workflows
- Optimize operator experience by gathering user feedback and iteratively improving interfaces
- Contribute to platform engineering efforts to enhance observability and mission-focused operational workflowsy
Here’s what you need:
- Experience in frontend development using React, Django, and.js, while utilizing Figma and advanced visualization frameworks to prototype and implement engaging interfaces
- Experience designing for scalable software delivery and mission-focused operational workflows
- Experience with UX/UI design and development, Mission workflow visualization, Dashboard development, and AI explainability interfaces
- Experience creating User-centered designs.
- Ability to translate technical requirements into accessible, actionable designs.

- US Citizen
- An active TS/SCI federal security clearance is required

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
