About the role
This role will offer you a rich opportunity to learn Nasdaq’s critical financial data and technology business while meaningfully applying your marketing skills. You will develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that incorporate the full range of marketing tactics, including email, content, paid and organic search, digital advertising and social, as well as live and virtual events, competitor research and legal submissions.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with colleagues across Marketing to design and implement integrated marketing strategies to drive client and prospect engagement around a range of financial data and technology products and events
- Plan, organize, and manage multiple concurrent marketing campaigns across different lifecycle stages, tactics, and priorities,—ensuring alignment to business goals, clear timelines, and seamless execution across channels, teams, and stakeholders.
- Develop and execute Account Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to drive targeted engagement and business growth across our Data products and services
- Develop email marketing campaigns using Marketo, Outreach and Salesforce in collaboration with Sales and Product teams and our Campaign Center of Excellence
- Help develop content necessary for communicating marketing strategy internally as well as material needed for marketing campaigns including emails, presentations, product collateral, search ads, social posts, webinars/videos and website content.
- Leverage AI, data, and martech capabilities to analyze customer behavior, design and execute strategic A/B tests, and translate insights into actionable personalization strategies.
- Own the design of scalable, automated nurture and always‑on campaigns that optimize engagement, conversion, and lifecycle performance across channels.
- Partner closely with the Director of Co-Marketing to execute Nasdaq branded co-marketing campaigns and on-site executions
- Collaborate closely with colleagues and leverage the martech stack to effectively report on the impact of marketing campaigns to business partners
- Conduct competitive research and help maintain our competitive database on Salesforce in collaboration with Product Marketing team
Requirements:
- Educational background in Marketing and/or Communications preferred
- Experience Required: 3-5 years of experience in marketing, strong preference toward financial services and/or fintech experience
- Strong knowledge of marketing, Office, CMS experience and analytics tools such as Marketo, Monday.com, Salesforce, Google Analytics, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong understanding of marketing strategies and key metrics

The base pay range for this role is $88,000 - $154,000. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth.
