As a Practice Solution Manager, you will act as a trusted advisor to strategic optical retail accounts in Norway. Your mission will be to optimize the end-to-end customer journey and accelerate contact lens adoption, ultimately driving growth for both our customers and Alcon.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a trusted advisor to key accounts, identifying growth opportunities across the full customer journey (awareness, conversion, retention, subscription)
Analyze store performance and customer flows to identify barriers to contact lens adoption and define actionable improvement plans
Drive implementation of customer journey optimization initiatives with store teams, ensuring measurable commercial impact
Influence and challenge store managers, Eye Care Professionals (ECPs) and FOH (Front of house) to adopt best practices
Deliver tailored training and coaching to improve both clinical confidence and commercial effectiveness
Plan and execute high-impact activations linked to clear commercial objectives
