About the role
As a Delivery Assurance Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring supply chain reliability and production continuity by supporting on‑time material delivery and proactively addressing risks across operations. This role focuses on execution, coordination, and problem solving—working closely with cross‑functional teams and suppliers to meet strict production and customer requirements.
Your impact will be felt daily by helping maintain stable operations, preventing delays, and enabling Carrier to deliver for our customers with consistency and confidence.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting the achievement of delivery assurance objectives, ensuring timely availability of materials for production.
Maintaining on‑time delivery of all materials required for assigned components and production lines.
Coordinating shipments and managing sub‑process suppliers to prevent delays and disruptions.
Performing advanced root‑cause analysis to identify issues impacting on‑time delivery and driving focused, solution‑oriented actions.
Executing process improvements and effectively using delivery assurance systems and tools.
Working cross‑functionally with Finance, Engineering, Quality, Production, and Suppliers to identify and implement solutions that ensure production continuity.
Communicating proactively with internal stakeholders to align on priorities, risks, and customer requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree.
3+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Materials Management, Procurement, or Logistics.
Experience coordinating deliveries, materials, or suppliers in a manufacturing or operations environment.
Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to identify issues at an advanced level and drive corrective actions.
Solid communication skills and ability to work in cross‑functional environments.
Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:
Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish).
Experience reporting and escalating topics to upper management.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience using SAP and Power BI.
