Position Summary:

This individual will be responsible for all administrative functions for the Procurement Team. This position coordinates with all employees within the Procurement team and other departments.

Key responsibilities & duties:

Creates all new accounts in system
Customer renewals to contracts
Account Changes (Addresses/Phone/Pricing)
Assist Reps with inquiries/questions
Report Running for various customers/Reps
Zendesk Tickets- Review all and assign to individual Reps
Communication & Working with Customers as needed

Skills and qualifications:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
M3 System knowledge/Experience
Advanced/Strong computer skills – Microsoft (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
Good knowledge of transportation
Positive attitude and problem-solving skills
Well organized, versatile, with strong attention to detail
Passionate about training with the ability to develop, train and coach
Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
