Position Summary:
This individual will be responsible for all administrative functions for the Procurement Team. This position coordinates with all employees within the Procurement team and other departments.

Key responsibilities & duties:
- Creates all new accounts in system
- Customer renewals to contracts
- Account Changes (Addresses/Phone/Pricing)
- Assist Reps with inquiries/questions
- Report Running for various customers/Reps
- Zendesk Tickets- Review all and assign to individual Reps
- Communication & Working with Customers as needed
Skills and qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- M3 System knowledge/Experience
- Advanced/Strong computer skills – Microsoft (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
- Good knowledge of transportation
- Positive attitude and problem-solving skills
- Well organized, versatile, with strong attention to detail
- Passionate about training with the ability to develop, train and coach
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
