We are hiring an Associate Project Manager to join our Strategy and Operations team at EMARKETER.
The Role and Team:
In this role you will support our EMARKETER Advisory (EMA) team as we scale key initiatives, including Ad Buyer Insights. This role is highly execution-focused and plays a central role in keeping projects organized, on track, and aligned across multiple stakeholders.
You will be responsible for managing timelines, tracking deliverables, maintaining internal systems, and ensuring the team is prepared for client and sales interactions. This is a fast-paced environment with multiple moving parts, and this role will help ensure smooth execution across all work streams.
This is a hybrid role based out of our New York City office, with regular in-office expectations.
Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship, now or in the future. Candidates must be within commuting distance of our New York City office. Relocation assistance is not available.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain production and delivery calendars across EMARKETER Advisory initiatives to ensure deadlines and milestones are met.
- Track project progress and coordinate across strategy, data, and sales teams to ensure alignment and execution.
- Maintain and update internal reporting systems, including Salesforce (SFDC) and executive reporting (ExCo), ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Support sales readiness by organizing materials, tracking commitments, and ensuring follow-through on deliverables.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure the team is prepared for upcoming client conversations and engagements.
- Support data workflows, including FactSet data transformation and delivery processes.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Shopify store, including updates, coordination, and tracking.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive operational efficiency across the team.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- 2 to 4 years of experience in project management, operations, business operations, or similar roles
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working with project tracking tools or CRM systems such as Salesforce is a plus
- Comfort working with data and supporting data-related workflows (FactSet or similar experience is a plus)
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify is a plus
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy across systems and reporting
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
Salary & Benefits:
- $70,000-$85,000 (dependent on skills, experience, and competencies)
